Karl Davies (LBP)
Karl has been building on Waiheke for over 20 years. He started out with his father and uncle building homes and a number of the iconic wharves around the main island and Ponui. A qualified carpenter and Licensed Building Practitioner, in recent years he was a foreman for a large company on the island constructing multi-million dollar homes and baches. He has now returned to his roots of family business with his son Mike, wife Stephanie and daughter Shaela making up part of the All Manor team.
Mike Davies
Mike is picking up the mantel as the next generation of Davies builders on the island. He has a wide range of skills having run his own lawn mowing and grounds maintenance business. He managed the grounds at Poderi Crisci and at Waiheke’s Honey House and Cafe. Mike is proving himself to be a quick learner and a precise builder is now embarking on his building apprenticeship.
Fraser Toka
Fraser is a Waiheke bred qualified carpenter and he and his children are very much part of the Davies family. In recent years he has been building on the island for a large building company, constructing high-end architectural homes. A man of many talents, he plays guitar and sings (indeed he is quite the crooner), bakes and carves pounamu having spent some time on the West Coast of the south island.
Stephanie Davies
Stephanie is involved with administration of the business. She has a special interest in accessible design and works as a community occupational therapist on Waiheke. In her spare time she is a lecturer / programme leader / student at Auckland University of Technology
Shaela Davies
Shaela makes up the rest of the Davies team. She assists with the administration of the business. Sheala also has a diverse range of skills having worked in landscaping, refuse management and hospitality.
